RETURNS

Software: Within 30 days of purchase, software may be returned for a refund for any reason provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in resalable condition.

Hardware: Within 14-days of purchase. Hardware must be returned in original unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.

Electronic Downloads: Electronic Software Downloads (ESD) are NOT returnable at any time.

All return items, must be pre-authorized and issued an RMA number. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed for any returned item. Original shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping cost is paid by customer. We recommend all returns are shipped in a traceable manor as VOI Sales is not responsible for lost or non-delivered return goods.

SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt of verified payment. Occasionally this may not be possible due to a backorder.  Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day if in stock.

Most Orders - We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 per order for ground service (some larger sized items may require a handling fee which is disclosed in the item description).

Continental United States - We generally ship via UPS Ground service. UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3rd Day Select are also offered for an additional charge (rates available during checkout).At the customer's request, we can also ship via Priority Mail for the posted ground service charge of $9.95 (most orders). Please realize that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed shipping service, and VOI Sales will not be held liable for any loss incurred during shipment.

Alaska - The customer may choose UPS services or US Postal Services. We can ship to Alaska via Priority Mail for $12.99 for most items. Please realize that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed shipping service, and VOI Sales will not be held liable for any loss incurred during shipment.

Hawaii and Puerto Rico - Software and smaller nonfragile items can be shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail for $12.99 (most orders), or by the faster UPS services at the customer's option. Hardware or breakable items must be shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Saver services for the posted additional charge. Please realize that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed shipping service, and VOI Sales will not be held liable for any loss incurred during shipment.

Military Addresses APO/FPO - We can ship to your APO/FPO address via Priority Mail for the posted shipping charge of $9.95 (most orders). Please realize that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed shipping service, and VOI Sales will not be held liable for any loss incurred during shipment.

International Shipping - Our agreement with each manufacturer varies. Some of the products we offer can be shipped internationally, and some cannot. If you are an international buyer, please contact us with your shipping questions. Please include the item(s) you wish to purchase and your city, country, and postal code (if applicable). We will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping quote, if the items you are interested can be shipped to your country. All duties, taxes or brokerage charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

UPS services are trackable, insured, and guaranteed.

USPS may include a shipping confirmation number (not a tracking number). Priority Mail does not include insurance and is not a guaranteed service.

SALES TAX - As our office is located in New York, we are required to charge New York residents 8.625% sales tax on the total sale (items plus shipping).  New York Schools do not get charged sales tax. 

Due to the shipping origin of some products, sales tax may be charged to some states on certain items.
